Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

All our items are carefully inspected prior to shipping. If you receive damaged merchandise that has been damaged during transit, please inform us right away by email to info@dmemoir.com.

Returns of unused merchandise are processed within 5 business days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

1. Please complete the return form included in you order and securely repackage the merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.

2. Using your own trackable and insured shipping method, please send your return to:

Dmemoir is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.

3. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

4. If you package arrives at our warehouse with the 14 days specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Dmemoir.
